I sold some items on eBay. not received the information.?

I sold some items on eBay recently. I had some comments negative a few months ago and has greatly reduced my notes (now my score is 83%). Some people do not leave me your comments and feedback I really need these positively awful. Can anyone suggest a way to do it without comment let me sound too desperate? but I'm … lol wow i did not expect that response to many concerned of hours. Thanks for the advice. I've never been aware of rescue "thing and I'll leave a comment now. I've always thought that buyers are those who should leave the first comment. and my negative comments I had, I was new to eBay and although she offered me a full refund, still gave a negative assessment for mobile phone off, she sent me. it did not quite deserve it. but there are other guys who really deserved my negative reaction to not send my item. When I send my articles I put on a pleasant note to the buyer and ask them to provide information about my purchase when arrives.
