There are creatures who roam the lush green jungle of ignorance hard to kill, 99 out of 100 is … then chance of finding a lender they are real little and nothing.
Now I'm not talking about respectable brokers, agents or intermediaries who have direct access to money and treat their customers with respect. I mean the ignorant leech who has absolutely no relation to real investor at all, and led the client, innocent, sometimes desperate, in a hole black of false hope.
They are despicable, not because they want to finance his client, but they do not know the first thing in the real world of private lending … They are there to wholesale rate corridor of hope and not really worry about the large number of candidates competing for funds!
They do not give a flying squirrel on the client, their circumstances or the enormous amount of time is wasted.
